I’ve spent the past several years shaping the evolution of this business from within the leadership team at FYXER. My focus was always on how we supported founders, leaders and operational teams in practice, not theory. That meant understanding where time was being lost, where decisions were stalling and where better operational structures would unlock progress.
The human delivery model we built generated the operational data and lived insight that helped inform the development of what is now one of Europe’s fastest growing AI companies. That technology was built on years of disciplined human execution. During that period, I led the teams and client relationships on the service side, refining our model, raising standards and adapting where the market required it.
As the business evolved, I continued leading and developing the human delivery side. Pickle is the deliberate next step. It establishes our own identity and reflects the direction we are choosing to take.
We operate as a Business Enablement partner. We use technology confidently and pragmatically, but we are clear about its limits. AI can accelerate output. It cannot replace judgment, context or responsibility.
Pickle exists to take ownership of essential operational and administrative work that founders, leaders and operational teams should not be carrying. We remove friction, protect focus and create capacity where it matters most.
This chapter reflects what we have learned over time. Technology will continue to advance. Markets will continue to shift. What remains constant is the need for clear thinking, steady execution and people who take responsibility for the work in front of them.
That is the role Pickle is here to play.
